Gunners news : Newcastle United 0-4 Arsenal

Walcott Brace And Decisive Bendtner Finish Seals Victory After Krul Own Goal

Arsenal advanced to the quarter finals of the League Cup after a deserved victory over Newcastle United, but the win was somewhat tainted by a dubious second goal.

The visitors took the lead just prior to the break in comical circumstances as a headed effort was sliced off the line only to smack the back of keeper Tim Krul's head and bounce into goal.

Theo Walcott added a second after dinking the ball over Krul, but Nicklas Bendtner's involvement in the goal had St James' Park fuming as, from an offside position, he deliberately blocked the path of Mike Williamson who was racing down on goal to block the England man.

The Danish striker notched one himself with a stellar finish with time running out after bending a shot beyond Krul before Walcott wrapped things up with minutes remaining.

Both managers made nine changes to their sides that played in the Premier League at the weekend, with the notable youngsters on show for the home side being Tamas Kadar, Haris Vuckic and Nile Ranger, who netted in the stunning away victory in the previous round at Chelsea.

Meanwhile Arsene Wenger named a strong line-up after abandoning his policy of playing solely youth players in the competition, with only Craig Eastmond and Polish stopper Wojciech Szczesny being considered rookies in an otherwise strong XI with Cesc Fabregas starting from the bench.

The somewhat experimental make-up of both teams made for an entertaining opening as each side sought to test the other, with Carlos Vela being denied by a bold save from Tim Krul, who was on hand moments later to bat away a Bendtner effort.

The men in black and white soon showed their attacking intent as they surged towards goal before Vuckic launched a strike from distance that rippled the outside of the net.

Minutes later and the visitors were launching more attacks of their own, but Theo Walcott spurned a chance to gift Vela a tap-in by misplacing a cross to the Mexican forward after Emmanuel Eboue had seen a low drive well saved by Krul and Bendtner saw an a strike drag wide.

The excitement didn't stop there though as the Magpies created the first clear cut chance of the game when Ranger's burst of pace enabled him to slip beyond the Arsenal back-line and latch onto a Danny Guthrie punt, but the young striker, after beating Szczesny, dallied before seeing a timid effort blocked away by Laurent Koscielny.

From the resulting set-piece the ball fell to former Manchester United midfielder Alan Smith, who hit a stinging drive that smashed off the bar after the Polish keeper managed to divert it via the slightest of touches.

Wenger was soon called into making an unanticipated change as Kieran Gibbs, who had picked up a knock in the opening minutes that necessitated treatment, struggled to get back up to speed and had to be replaced by Bacary Sagna.

That change enabled both sides to take a breather after 20 minutes of relentless action, and following the swap the pace dropped significantly, although Newcastle did appeal for what would have been a highly fortuitous penalty after the ball hit substitute Sagna in the box.

What had started as a high octane and open game soon turned cagey with neither team carving out clear opportunities, and Bendtner wasted a scarce chance after tamely rolling the ball to Krul following a confident run into the box.

Similarly, Emmanuel Eboue strode into the area from a left-sided position after beating Ryan Taylor with a drop of the shoulder, but the Ivorian futilely elected to shoot from a tight angle with Vela in space.

The Gunners were, however, exerting their control of the game with much of it being played in Newcastle's half and arguably should have had a penalty after James Perch misread a cross and first scraped Johan Djourou before then seeming to handle the ball.

Arsenal finally capped off a dominant spell by opening the scoring, but it was hardly a goal befitting their sophisticated play. A Vela corner was headed towards goal by Bendtner and, after bouncing off several bodies, the ball was nodded off the line by Taylor and rebounded into the net off the back of the unfortunate Krul's head.

That comical goal was the final act of a first half that had plenty of action, and plenty of missed chances, but the lead was a deserved one for an Arsenal side that had comfortably controlled the final 20 minutes of action and should have already opened the scoring, with Bendtner in particular guilty of wasting several decent opportunities.

Krul to be kind | Gaffe gifts Arsenal lead

Neither Chris Hughton nor Wenger opted to make a change for the restart, from which Newcastle captain Smith saw himself go in the book after a sliding tackle on Walcott tripped the zippy forward as he attempted to deliver a cross.

The home side soon had an opportunity to level the score from a corner, but after leaping like a salmon, Perch looked like a fish out of water as his header flew over Szczesny's bar.

The visitors then extended their lead in controversial fashion. Danish striker Bendtner, returning from an offside position, jogged into and collided with Williamson, allowing Walcott to race through unopposed and lift the ball over Krul as referee Andre Marriner refused to blow for an infringement.

Hughton swiftly thrust on winger Jonas Gutierrez and striker Andrew Carroll, for the ineffective duo of Wayne Routledge and Peter Lovenkrands respectively, but neither substitute was able to make an immediate impact as the Gunners continued in much the same fashion as they ended the second half, retaining possession with relative ease.

Gutierrez did, however, offer the home fans something to cheer about with some direct running at Sagna, who conceded a corner after blocking a shot from the Argentinian, and fellow substitute Carroll should have utilised his aerial might but could only nod wide at the far post from the set play.

Wenger was afforded the chance to give Cesc Fabregas a rare run out in the early stages of the Carling Cup as he replaced the tiring Vela, who had been the quietest of Arsenal's front trio, while Hughton also threw his last roll of the dice by making a like-for-like change as Smith was hooked off for Joey Barton.

Newcastle continued to prod away, and saw an effort scrambled off the line, but it came as no real surprise when Arsenal wrapped up victory with a third after Bendtner finished a sweeping team move with a superb strike on the edge of the area.

The Danish striker was quickly hauled off for Jay Emmanuel-Thomas, but Arsenal didn't stop scoring there as Walcott raced clear after being released by Koscielny and coolly slotted past Krul.

Carroll came close to netting a consolation goal with the final chance of the game only to be denied by Szczesny, and the margin of victory did not flatter the visitors who had strolled in the second half.

APAKAH PERASAAN ANDA BILA TAHU...

Siasatan kemalangan maut: Bas Delima dipandu laju

Gunners news : Man City 0 vs 3 Arsenal

Samir Nasri and Alex Song scored in each half before Nicklas Bendter scored on his return to give Arsenal a 3-0 victory over Manchester City in a fascinating match at Eastlands, which saw Derek Boyata sent off after just five minutes.

Boyata rightly recieved his marching order early on for hauling down Marouane Chamakh before Nasri and Song both scored powerful efforts, and Bendtner a cool finish, with a Cesc Fabregas missed penalty sandwiched in between for good measure.

After the distracting Wayne Rooney fiasco over the past seven days, attentions were turned to a far more sobering aspect of football before kick-off at Eastlands where a minutes applause was performed in memory of previous Manchester City manager Malcolm Allison, who managed to club on two separate spells and led them to their most successful era in their history during the 1960s and 1970s which included a first division title, an FA Cup and a European Cup Winners Cup.

However, even with no notable success since then, City are a far different prospect after the injection of millions from Abu Dhabi-based owner Sheikh Mansour and came into this game lying second, with more than a chance of beating Arsenal after overcoming the Londoners 4-2 in the same fixture last season.

With thoughts of Allison reverberating around the stadium, City started the strongest and Carlos Tevez, in for European hattrick hero Emmanuel Adebayor, nearly contributed to the opening goal inside the first few minutes. The Argentinian made a fool of Johan Djourou down the right flank and sent over a low cross that David Silva flicked through his own legs, only for Lukasz Fabianski to get down quickly to block.

City’s fortunes turned sour immediately afterwards though in an incident that Allison, a centre-half in his playing days, would no doubt be shaking his head at. Cesc Fabregas played a clever slide-rule pass through to Marouane Chamakh only for Dedryck Boyata to haul the Moroccan down to receive his marching orders and to leave his club playing with just 10 men for 85 minutes.

Despite the early red card, hard challenges continued to litter the Eastlands pitch with Gareth Barry, Fabregas, Denilson, Djourou and Song all going into the referee’s book before halftime but Arsenal slowly started to take control of the game and should have gone ahead after 18 minutes when Bacary Sagna’s whipped cross met a rising Johan Djourou, who could only powers his header over from eight yards out.

The Gunners did not have to rue the missed chance for long though as only a minute later they were ahead. Again Bacary Sagna was the provider, and he found Samir Nasri just outside the City area. The Frenchman played a one-two with Andrey Arshavin, leaving Barry for dead, before firing past the advancing Joe Hart from eight yards out for his seventh goal in his seventh appearance this season.

It was a big blow for City, but as counter-attacking specialists they remained a constant threat for the adventurous Arsenal, who looked far from watertight at the back and Micah Richards nearly made them pay. James Milner played in the marauding Micah Richards, but the full-back got noticeably nervous when he found himself inside the area with just the goalkeeper to beat he curled a left-foot shot just past the angle of post and crossbar from 12 yards out.

With City starting to find their feet again after the double blow of the sending off and then conceding, Arsenal were given the opportunity to take a 2-0 lead into half-time as Vincent Kompany recklessly took out Fabregas just inside the area and a penalty was immediately awarded.

The Spaniard stepped up and hit the penalty with pace towards the corner but it wasn’t low enough, and Joe Hart took advantage and made a brilliant save to deny the 23-year-old from the penalty spot for only the second time in his career.

As the clocked ticked towards the break Kompany came close to putting his side level when he headed over from eight yards out before restorting back to his defensive abilities and brilliantly blocking a powerful goal-bound effort from Denilson.

Despite being the team in front, Arsenal came out the strongest in the second half, Marouane Chamakh again involved as he nipped in to steal the ball off Jerome Boateng and feed in Samir Nasri. The goal scorer then found Cesc Fabregas, but his 12-yard shot lacked power and Joe Hart saved comfortably.

With Tevez hobbling badly, Arsenal again mounted an attack. Gael Clichy whipped over a cross from the Arsenal left that Joe Hart could only punch away to stop Cesc Fabregas sneaking in at the far post to double his team’s lead.

With Adebayor coming on for the injured Tevez, City started to increase the pressure for the first time in the second period. Togo international heads over with Fabianski in no-man’s land, before James Milner and David Silva combined well on the right flank to allow the Spaniard to toe-poke a powerful effort from an angle, that the Arsenal goalkeeper did brilliantly well to stop rifling into the back of the net.

With the pace of the match reaching Usain Bolt levels, Arsenal hit the home team with a sucker punch. Arsenal played it from left to right and Nasri picked it up and laid it back to Fabregas who tried to find Chamakh, but the pass was cut out by Wayne Bridge only for it fall to Alex Song to hammer the ball into the top corner of Joe Hart's goal from 14 yards out.

Mario Balotelli came on for Manchester City in the final 15 minutes for his Premier League debut, replacing the poor Barry and the move nearly brough fruition as the teenager was involved in the move that led to Adebayor coming extremely close to getting his team back into it, only for a stunning reaction save by Lukasz Fabianski to deny him.

But, whatever City produced, Arsenal seemed comfortable enough in defence, a marked change from the first half, to contain the home side, and had more than enough chances to score a third and did with just minutes remaining. With Nasri again involved, the Frenchman slid a ball through for Nicklas Bendtner, who escaped the offside trap to run through and coolly slot home on his return to first team action and round off a convincing win for the Londoners.

Gunners news : Arsenal 5 vs 1 Shakhtar Shakhtar

Arsenal comfortably assumed top spot in Group H after a thumping win over Ukrainian champions Shakhtar Donetsk.

Though both teams going into the game tied at the top of the group, there was a clear gulf in quality as Arsenal took the lead in comical circumstances after goalkeeper Andriy Pyatov let slip a simple catch to allow Alexandre Song to touch the ball over the line. Samir Nasri added a second prior to the break after plucking the ball out of the air and swivelling to fire past Pyatov.

Cesc Fabregas converted a penalty to extend the gap with over half an hour remaining before Jack Wilshere chipped in for his first Champions League goal and Marouane Chamakh slotted home from close range.

Erstwhile Gunner Eduardo da Silva added some respect to the scoreline after slotting in a late consolation goal, earning the Croatian a standing ovation from his former supporters.

Arsene Wenger handed a start to captain Fabregas, returning after a month's absence with a hamstring injury to dislodge Abou Diaby, while Tomas Rosicky replaced Andrei Arshavin in attack with Theo Walcott also named in the squad.

For the visitors, former Gunner Eduardo da Silva started from the bench where he was joined by erstwhile Barcelona defender Dmytro Chygrynskiy.

A tepid start saw neither keeper called into making a save in the opening 15 minutes as Arsenal kept the ball with customary slickness on a soaked surface, and Shakhtar stopper Pyatov will no doubt be citing the slippery conditions after his fumble gifted the home side the lead.

An outswinging Nasri corner was dropped with the loose ball falling to the feet of Song, who bundled the ball over the line despite the efforts of defender Olexsander Kucher to block the ball on the line.

That gift of a goal injected life into a game that had hitherto been quiet, with Pyatov forced to make an adept save as Nasri volleyed from outside the box after a neat nod down from Chamakh.

The Ukrainians struggled to get into the tie despite frustrating Arsenal, who retained possession with ease if not incision, epitomised as Jack Wilshere played a clever give and go with Fabregas only to run into a white shirt on the edge of the area.

When the visitors did move forward it was usually via a surging run from captain Darijo Srna, and it was the Croatian's ability from dead ball situations that saw Lukasz Fabianski tested for the first time as the Pole was forced out of goal to batter away a corner.

Not soon after that, however, Srna's defensive frailties were exposed as the right-back badly misjudged the flight of Song's cross, which was expertly met by the outstretched right leg of Nasri, before the Frenchman readjusted his shape and toepoked the ball past Pyatov.

It was the final chance of an almost effortless first half in which the champions of Ukraine put up little fight against an Arsenal side that scarcely had to step out of first gear to find themselves two goals up going into the break, keeping their imperious European home form intact with little energy expended.

Shakhtar boss Mircea Lucescu reshuffled his desperately underperforming pack prior to the restart by replacing the disappointing Brazilian midfielder Willian with compatriot Douglas Costa.

It didn't take long for evidence of a half-time hammering to surface as the visitors saw their first proper chance of the game when Luiz Adriano latched onto a Henrik Mkhitaryan through ball and twisted beyond Johan Djourou before unleashing a left-footed strike that forced a bold save from Fabianski.

Substitute Costa then pressured Rosicky into conceding possession and drew a foul from the Czech international, but Srna's cross from a dangerous area was well met by a the sea of red shirts.

The sudden burst of activity from the away side, who began to press the ball with purpose for the first time in the game, had the home support frustrated as Arsenal struggled to push forward in the early stages of the second half.

But the Gunners were soon exerting their quality on the game with some clever forward play that had to be stopped by a blatant Tomas Hubschmann foul that saw the Czech midfielder earn a yellow, from that free-kick Adriano was to give away a penalty after hauling Djourou to the ground.

Captain Fabregas stepped up to convert from the spot and seal the three points with over half an hour remaining.

The 23-year-old midfielder, comfortable as ever, was swiftly replaced by Denilson. At the same time, ex-Gunner Eduardo - whose time in North London will always be remembered for the horrific injury sustained in his first season in the Premier League - entered the fray to a warm reception Luiz Adriano to a warm welcome.

Moments later Arsenal's newest star, Wilshere, brushed aside controversy over his Premier League sending off by notching his first European goal after rounding off a swift team move, which saw a one-two with Rosicky and a slick flick from Chamakh, by dinking the ball over Pyatov.

Moroccan striker Chamakh, involved in several of his side's goals, then slotted home arguably the easiest chance he's likely to have this season after defying the offside trap to convert Nasri's lofted ball.

The former Bordeaux man was himself replaced just seconds after scoring, with Walcott making his first appearance since being stretchered off in England's victory over Switzerland in September, and Nasri also earned a break after an efficient display as Wenger introduced Arshavin.

It was another substitute who found himself on the scoresheet though with little under 10 minutes remaining, and though it was a Shakhtar goal, the Emirates rose to applaud scorer Eduardo who volleyed home a hopeful Jadson cross.

The generous response summed up the exhibition atmosphere that the game had dipped into as both sides saw out the game as if it were a pre-season friendly, with Costa weaving and seeing a long range effort dip narrowly wide and Denilson nearly netting from an audacious distance as Pyatov raced off his line.

TRY this when you have a headache

The nose has a left and a right side; we use both to inhale and exhale.

Actually they are different; you would be able to feel the difference.
The right side represents the sun, left side represents the moon.
During a headache, try to close your right nose and use your left nose to breathe.

In about 5 mins, your headache will go?
If you feel tired, just reverse, close your left nose and breathe through your right nose.
After a while, you will feel your mind is refreshed.

Right side belongs to 'hot', so it gets heated up easily, left side belongs to 'cold'.

Most females breathe with their left noses, so they get "cooled off" faster.

Most of the guys breathe with their right noses, they get worked up.
Do you notice the moment we wake up, which side breathes faster? Left or right? ?

If left is faster, you will feel tired.
So, close your left nose and use your right nose for breathing, you will get refreshed quickly.

This can be taught to kids, but it is more effective when practiced by adults.

My friend used to have bad headaches and was always visiting the doctor.

There was this period when he suffered headache literally every night, unable to study.
He took painkillers, did not work.

He decided to try out the breathing therapy here: closed his right nose and breathed through his left nose.

In less than a week, his headaches were gone! He continued the exercise for one month.

This alternative natural therapy without medication is something that he has experienced.

So, why not give it a try?

Gunners news : Arsenal 2 vs 1 Birmingham

Arsenal registered a victory over Birmingham City to continue their upward push in the Premier League following the international break.

Nikola Zigic initially put his side ahead against the run of play, but the hosts came back to claim three points through a penalty from Samir Nasri and a goal from Marouane Chamakh.

The Gunners manager Arsene Wenger again missed the services of skipper Cesc Fabregas as the Spaniard continues to nurse a hamstring injury. Defenders Bacary Sagna and Laurent Koscielny and goalkeeper Manuel Almunia joined him on the sidelines. But young left-back Kieran Gibbs was available as he made the bench.

There was some positive news for the Frenchman, as Nicklas Bendtner and Theo Walcott recovered from their respective injuries to be named among the substitutes.

In the away dugout, manager Alex McLeish had midfielder Alexander Hleb back in action after the 29-year-old missed an international game for Belarus due to an ankle problem. Cameron Jerome had been slated as a doubt after sustaining an ankle injury during training, and the striker was missing from the squad. Craig Gardner was unavailable as he was suspended for this game.

Thus began Wenger's 800th game in charge of the Gunners, as his side began positively by putting their well-paced passing game on display. And in the sixth minute, it took a great block from defender Stephen Carr to ensure that the score line remained goalless from a shot from Marouane Chamakh.

After a little over 20 minutes had passed, a good counterattacking move from the hosts saw Abou Diaby release Andrey Arshavin to go one-on-one with goalkeeper Ben Foster, but the attacker's attempted lob was well read by the shot-stopper on that occasion - and the score remained unchanged.

And in another positive spell of possession, the home side were toying with their opponents in the attacking third of the pitch when a ball from midfielder Nasri saw midfielder Sebastian Larsson being defensively inert. By this time, left-back Gael Clichy had got forward as he took a shot, but it went wide as Birmingham breathed another sigh of relief.

Despite doing all the work, it was the Gunners who conceded first as the Blues took the lead against the run of play. A good cross from Keith Fahey saw towering forward Zigic head the ball into the back of the net. Defender Johan Djourou could have done better on that occasion, as he had left the Serbia international unmarked until the last moment.

Having broken the deadlock, Birmingham began to take the initiative and push for a second, but it saw them being slightly more exposed at the other end as Wenger's charges tried to draw level. In one such attacking move, Chamakh was taken down by Scott Dann as the referee pointed to the spot. Up stepped Nasri, who had no trouble sending the 'keeper the wrong way to score his fifth goal of the season.

Wenger's half-time team-talk must have had a really good effect on his players, as they managed to take the lead immediately after the break. Some good play in the middle saw young midfielder Jack Wilshere release Chamakh, who went on to coolly get past the Foster to put the ball into the back of the net.

McLeish's men went forward to restore equilibrium to the tie as Larsson sent in a fantastic cross, but unfortunately for the visitors Lukasz Fabianski did very well to punch the ball away amid traffic.

The Gunners then managed to pick up where they left off as they applied pressure on Birmingham. as Alex Song passed to Wilshere as the 21-year-old took a hard-hit shot, but sent the ball over the bar.

A few minutes later Zigic was unable to make a clearance at the near post off a cross from Nasri, but the defenders managed to ensure that the hosts did not double their lead.

Nicklas Bendtner came on for Chamakh as he made his first appearance at club level since April, but the Dane had no trouble getting into the game. With only a few minutes left to go, the tall forward almost put his side ahead by another goal - but was unable to stick hit foot in the right place, in what would have been an exquisite finish had it come off.

Deep into stoppage time, Wilshere was shown a red card for a very reckless challenge on Zigic, who was in some pain as he limped off the pitch before coming back on to see the end of the game.

As the man in charge brought the game to a halt, Wenger's 800th game as the manager of Arsenal resulted in a victory.

New Planet Discovered 2010 is like Earth - Gliese 581

Another Earth, but 120Trillion KM away from the Earth.

The Gliese 581 G, which is the name that its discoverers has given the new Planet discovered. People are getting excited and wondered about this new planet found over 20 light years away from out location. There are a lot of planets in this universe that are in difference composition and astronomers are able to find something closest resemblance to earth. Could lifeforms already inhabit this place? or is it still a place untouched.

The New Planet Discovered 2010 which is very similar to earth due to its location which is far from its sun and is also not too far to be so cold. This planet resides in the Goldilocks Zone and is in perfect distance similar to the earth.

The only problem right now is the capability of our technology to study this planet further. We are still years away from being able to touch this planet's atmoshere and find out what its composition is like. This new planet that has been discovered has a lot of facts that are compared to ours. It has liquids and pools forming on its surface.

Could this be the sign that there are really lifeforms from outer space? Is there more earth out there that we dont know? This New Planet Discovered 2010 is like Earth and can change history as we speak. The image here shows how the New Planet is Discovered 2010.

Kisah sadis sorang mat rempit

Satu lagi malam kemenangan buat Seman Wheelie.

Berderau darah Seman melihat Ani. Perlahan-lahan ditumbangkan badannya. Jari-jemarinya Seman mula nakal. Gelak tawa kecil Ani bagaikan menaikkan lagi nafsu Seman yang sudahpun membuak-buak. Ani akur, merelakan dirinya diexplore oleh Seman.

"Tok! Tok! Tok!"

Bunyi ketukan pintu rumahnya tiba-tiba membantutkan gerak-geri Seman.

"Jais... Jais..."

Suara seorang lelaki sedang melaung diluar pintu.

Seman terkedu. Degup jantungnya kini sepantas motornya tadi. Hanya tingkap rumahnya menjadi jalan keluar. Tanpa menghiraukan ketinggian rumahnya, Seman terus terjun keluar tingkap sambil bergayut pada engsel tingkapnya.

"T...t...takpe takpe Ani. Gi tengok sapa tu, c...cakap ni rumah Ani. Dok sorang kat s...sini. Abang Seman cuba g...gayut kat sini..."

Duduk Lama Depan Komputer Boleh Bawa Maut

Duduk Lama Depan Komputer Boleh Bawa Maut

Mengapa pulmonari embolisme terjadi?

Manusia memiliki sepasang paru-paru.
